Protomed is a contract research and development company specializing in the design, development and testing of medical devices. Since 2004, Protomed has created 2 spin-offs and has participated in numerous developments in the field of minimally invasive surgery, single-use devices, vascular and cardiac implants. Its fablab is made up of prototyping machines (CNC machining, 3D printing, etc.), test benches, control equipment and CAD software. Protomed is ISO13485:2016 certified.
We are specialized in the mechanical field and can intervene at least on the instrumentation in contact with the patient (from its definition, to its manufacture, including Verification and validation as well as the associated documentation.
